The lecturer introduces Norwegian traditional folk songs and stories including “The Three Billy Goats Gruff ”. We also enjoy the Norwegian community music therapy through playing simple instruments, singing and dancing. 1st and 2nd graders of Shimizukubo Elementary School, Oota Ward will join the lecture.

Royal Norwegian Embassy, Trade & Technology Office Mr. Svein Grandum

Members of Ryuichi Shimada Laboratory, Tokyo Institute of Technology, introduce their research and educational exchange with Norway so far, showing the examples of activities including wind-power generation. Also Mr. Svein Grandum of Trade & Technology Office, Royal Norwegian Embassy, introduces their various efforts such as researches on the renewable energies in Norway, educational cooperation with Japan, and NorAlumni Japan. In the second part, lecturers and audiences enjoy open discussion.
