  Outline

In Japan we tend to focus on outstanding welfare and education system of Sweden. This means we pay a little attention to the fact that the foundation to realize such idea could be found in the high global competitiveness of Swedish companies and ongoing growth of Swedish industry.
This symposium deals such Sweden Paradox (quoted from note below). We discuss the reason and the situation that Swedish companies have achieved steady growth(《Sustainable Management》)with the works on cooporate social responsibility (《CSR》)and einvironmental responsibility as cooporate citizens.
Discussion will be supported by the actual cases through the viewpoint of cooporate managers and researcher.
