The
hall has been designed to be utilised for lectures,
theatre symposium, drama and music performances, remote lectures and
conferences, and for various other purposes.
As the core centre for the audio-visual and the communication
system for the Tokyo Tech, the hall will be connected via a network system to
other lecture rooms and audio-visual centres
on the campus in the near future.

The Hall has been fully equipped with all the audio-digital equipments as listed above, as well as projectors/beamers, which are well beyond the capability of most business institutions.
This
enables the hall to easily switch from either lecture mode, or to cinema mode,
depending on the purpose required.
For lectures and presentations, there are two 150 inch independent screens
ready to be used.
While
for cinema use, these screens can be joined together, to become one enormous
landscape-oriented screen that can offer strong visual effects for any options
of cinemas with 5.1 Channel Surround Sound System.
Moreover,
the ultimate level of audio-visual digital surround sound reproducing system
enables any medium or tools to be played instantly.
Noted
is the special sound system when the DVD is played with the surround reproduction
speaker system, which you may feel your whole body embraced with high-grade
sound.
On top of the Dolby 5.1 Channel Digital Processor, with the quality standard
theatre sound system, advocated by Lucusfilm Ltd. in the USA, you can experience
a high definition and powerful acousmato that rivals any entertainment
theatre.
On
the same floor, there is a classroom called “Collaboration Room”, where you can
experience a true to life audio-visual of the performances in the hall.
In
near future, wireless LAN will be implemented for people who attend conferences
here to utilise the system conveniently yet protected with high security.
